The TExES Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities EC–12 (160) test evaluates whether a candidate has the necessary knowledge and skills expected of an entry-level educator in Texas public schools. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions derived from the Pedagogy and Professional Responsibilities EC–12 test framework and spans early childhood through 12th grade. Note that some questions on the test might not contribute to your final score, which will be calculated based solely on the questions that are scored.
