After completing your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to your test prep materials.

Our test prep is offered as a subscription—monthly or yearly—depending on the option you choose at checkout.

We do not provide refunds once access to the study materials has been granted.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Simply log back in, select your exam prep program, and click the page on the left navigation bar titled, "Cancel My Subscription." Then follow the instructions on that page.

We’ll confirm the second payment and refund the first one.
